Introduction

The China Ethnic Museum is a theme park that showcases the characteristics of the various ethnic groups in China. The park features buildings such as houses, temples and squares that imitate the characteristics of each ethnic group, so you can experience the customs of various regions just by strolling around the park.In addition, you can visit exhibition halls that showcase the characteristics of various ethnic groups, enjoy folk performances, and wear ethnic costumes for a photo as a souvenir.

The China Ethnic Museum is very large, about 1.2 kilometers long and 300 meters wide, divided into a northern and southern park, with the Ethnic Garden Road in between. There are multiple entrances to the Ethnic Park, which can be accessed from all directions. After entering, it is advisable to spend about half a day strolling around the various ethnic areas and watching performances.

There is a lake in each of the north and south parks of the China Ethnic Museum, and the buildings of each ethnic group are built along the lake.On the south side are the characteristic buildings of various ethnic groups such as the Uyghur, Mosuo, Naxi, Bai, and Zhuang. Each building has a cultural exhibition of its own ethnic group, which generally includes pictures, text, and some ethnic costumes and cultural relics. In the southern park, the Three Pagodas of Dali, Sugong Pagoda, and Sifang Street in the old town of Lijiang are particularly worth visiting, and make for great photo opportunities.

The north garden is a little larger than the south garden. Here you can find characteristic buildings from many ethnic groups, including the Dai, Tibetan, Qiang, Lhoba, Hmong and Hezhen. The Dai garden has Southeast Asian-style temples and houses that are very distinctive and make for great photos.Like the north garden, there are also exhibition halls about the culture of various ethnic groups here. Together, the north and south gardens feature the characteristics of 56 ethnic groups, not one less.
