Introduction

Wulong Tiankeng-Disheng National Geopark is located in Wulong County, Chongqing Municipality, at the lower reaches of the Wu River, a tributary of the Yangtze River. It is a typical karst landform,with magnificent natural stone bridges, huge sinkholes, and deep and dangerous fissures.You can descend into the 100-meter-deep sinkhole and look up, surrounded by cliffs like clouds; you can also go to the bottom of the valley in the crevasse and follow the dark river along the rock wall; feel the wonder of nature.

The Tiankeng Scenic Area is home to the Tianshengqiao Group and the Tiankeng Group.It really became well-known after it was used as a filming location for the movie “Curse of the Golden Flower”.It was also the location for Transformers 4.

When visiting Longshui Gorge, take the elevator halfway up the mountain, then walk to the bottom of the gorge. Follow the plank road along the cliff face and head downstream along the dark river. There are waterfalls, streams and primitive vegetation everywhere along the way.The entire plank road is about 4 kilometers long, winding and turning, with cliffs on both sides and only the sound of water and waterfalls.

The geology is mainly divided into two scenic spots: Tianshengsanqiao and Longshui Gorge, which are sold separately.Tickets for the Tianshengsanqiao and Longshui Gorge can be purchased at the Xianren Mountain Town Visitor Center (transportation between the two scenic spots and to the Visitor Center is included).

06/01-08/31 08:00-17:00 open; 09/01-04/30 08:30-16; 05/01-05/31 08:30-17:00; the above business hours apply to the tourist reception centers of the Tianshengsanqiao Scenic Area, Longshui Gorge Scenic Area, Furong Cave Scenic Area, Furongjiang Scenic Area, and Fairy Mountain Scenic Area. The latest cruise time on the Furong River is 16:00; Fairy Mountain Scenic Area implements a 24-hour entry system; the performance time and schedule of the Impression Wulong Theater are released in real time based on weatherand other relevant conditions are released in real time.
