Introduction

Shanghai Disney Resort, located in Pudong New Area, is the first Disney resort in mainland China. Here you can experience many classic Disneyland attractions, including a larger Disneycastle, a pirate-themed area, a longer parade route for the Disney floats, and more, to experience the magical kingdom in an immersive way.

Disneyland

Shanghai Disneyland is divided into eight theme parks with their own unique characteristics, including “Mickey Avenue”, “Fantasy Garden”,”Fantasyland,” “Disney©{Pixar Toy Story,” “Adventure Island,” “Treasure Cove,””Tomorrowland” and “Zootopia”.There is something for everyone here.

#Mickey Avenue#

As soon as you enter the entrance to Disneyland, you will be on Mickey Avenue.Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy, Goofy and Pluto and a host of other friends will be there to greet you. You can have a warm hug with your favorite Disney friends and take a photo together to remember the moment.Among the various shops on the street, “M Street Shopping Gallery” will provide a wide selection of gifts and souvenirs in the park.

#Wonder Garden#

Wonder Garden is made up of seven magical small gardens in different styles. You can ride the Fantasia Carousel and enjoy the fun, or take a ride on Dumbo” soar through the sky, as well as the Castle Stage Show and the “Phantom of the Dream” and many other iconic Disney entertainment performances to watch.Guests can also enjoy the “Mickey’s Storybook Express” Disney theme parade from different angles, which is one of the longest routes in the world.

Fantasyland is the larger of the two park areas and is home to the magnificent Fantasyland Castle.In this fairytale wonderland, animation fans can explore the Hundred Acre Wood with Winnie the Pooh, walk through the labyrinth of Alice in Wonderland with Alice, ride the mine car with the Seven Dwarfs, board the Peter Pan’s Flight spaceship and soar across the skies of London, or follow the Crystal Adventuredrift through the familiar Disney stories.

Arriving at Adventure Island is like being in a newly discovered ancient tribe.The towering Thunder Mountain will point you in the right direction on your journey through Adventure Island.You can forge your own path of adventure in the “Camp for Exploring Ancient Sites” or travel across the world and through time in “Soaring ? Flying over the Horizon”. Take a “Thunder Mountain Rafting” raft deep into the heart of Adventure Island to explore the dark realm where a huge and mysterious beast lives.

#Treasure Cove#

“Treasure Cove” is the first pirate-themed park in a Disney theme park around the world.Pirates of the Caribbean Ã¿ Battle for the Sunken Treasure turns the water ride into a thrilling adventure. Adventurous visitors can also paddle through the beautiful bay in an “explorer canoe”,the beautiful bay, step onto the deck of a pirate ship, and feast at “Barbossa’s Barbecue.”

#Tomorrowland#

Tomorrowland is full of endless possibilities and offers a vision of a bright future.The interstellar adventure project “Buzz Lightyear Planet Rescue” leads visitors forward and beyond the infinite; the “Jet Pack Flying Machine” allows people to break free from the constraints of gravity; and the “TRON Lightcycle Power Run”wrapped in a huge translucent dome building, changing colors and attracting visitors to line up on the two-wheeled light motorcycle to challenge one of the more exciting roller coaster projects in Disney parks around the world.

Disneytown is a large shopping, dining and entertainment district at Shanghai Disney Resort, adjacent to Shanghai Disneyland and open to the public for free.This charming international neighborhood is a great place to linger, and visitors can enjoy the view of Shanghai Disneyland while they dine.The Walt Disney Grand Theatre in Disneytown stages classic Broadway musicals.

Park dining

There are many themed restaurants in Disneyland, including Barbossa’s Bounty, the Royal Banquet Hall, Pinocchio’s Country Kitchen, Hunny’s Harvest Hall, Mickey & Pals Market Cafe, the Starlight Terrace Restaurant, and the Old Vine Tree Tavern.
