Tianjin TEDA Aircraft Carrier Theme Park

The TEDA Aircraft Carrier Theme Park is based on the aircraft carrier Kiev. The interior facilities and combat equipment of the aircraft carrier have been replaced, and you can visit and learn about the combat and living scenes on the aircraft carrier.At the same time, the scenic buildings are grand and exciting, with the theme of showcasing Russian style.

The park is close to the beach, and a huge aircraft carrier is docked off the square. The park is not large, and you can explore it on foot. There are several Chinese and Western restaurants and cafes in the park where you can eat and rest, but the prices are higher than outside. You can also bring your own food and drinks into the park.

Entering the scenic area from the parking lot on the south side of the area, you will first see a cluster of Russian-style buildings. This is the Russian Style Street.The street is about 100 to 200 meters long, with brightly colored roads and houses. There are several Russian-style western restaurants and cafes on both sides of the street, as well as shops that make and sell Russian nesting dolls and other handicrafts. If you’re lucky, you can watch the nesting dolls being made.In the center of the street is the exotic show in the park, with interactive funny clowns, wacky street dance shows, and impromptu self-accompanied singing, all full of Russian style, making people feel as if they were already in an exotic fairy tale town.At the end of the street is also the starting point of the parade, where a large-scale street parade full of Russian style is performed, along with other performances such as a motorcycle stunt show.

After walking through the street, you will arrive at the central square of the scenic area. On the east and north sides of the square are two uniquely designed buildings. The tall and spectacular aircraft carrier is also visible behind the building on the east side.The building on the north side is the restored Tianjin Pavilion at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo. A small Western-style building reflects the architectural style of Tianjin’s International Architecture Exhibition. The pavilion contains displays and films showing the city’s landscape and history.The building next to it is the 4D cinema in the museum.

After visiting the two buildings, you will come to the aircraft carrier on the waterfront. The interior of the aircraft carrier has been restored to its original state when it was in service.There are dozens of items inside the ship, including a combat command center, intelligence cabin, aircraft carrier technology museum, history of ship development, sailor tilt cabin, and corridor of heroes. There are also photo displays, artifact displays, and many weapons and facilities.
